About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in building test systems, analyzing projects, preparing documentation, and developing and executing tests. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the quality and performance of cutting-edge automotive products.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in project meetings, and adherence to project schedules and quality systems. You will also maintain confidentiality and handle company property with the highest integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project team in building and maintaining test systems.
- Assist in project analysis and the preparation of documentation and test scenarios under the guidance of the team leader.
- Develop and execute tests, analyze results, and document issues in collaboration with the team leader.
- Participate actively in project meetings and ensure timely completion of tasks in alignment with the project schedule.
- Conduct independent testing on software solutions dedicated to automotive products.
- Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and processes during the project lifecycle.
Required:
- MSc or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of commercial experience on similar position
- Strong knowledge of electronics and experience with measurement tools.
- Familiarity with software programming basics, particularly in C/C++.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated integrity in interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of automotive industry data interfaces such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Experience with Vector tools and CAPL programming (CANoe).
- Basic knowledge of computer programming and scripting languages.
Preferred:
- A methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to adapt to project requirements.
- Experience with script programming languages.
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid work model: Initial phase will require office presence for onboarding and training (Cracow).
- After implementation, the position will require a minimum of 3 days per week in the Customer office in Cracow.
