Job Description:
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for cosmetic clinical testing laboratory daily management;
2.Drive business development and market expansion；
3.Responsible for the Key Account management;
4.Audited sales and operation data to ensure accuracy and reliability, and led the team to achieve profit targets;
5. Assist the General Manager of Cosmetics and Personal Care Testing in talent management and talent echelon construction.
6.Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
1. Master degree or above, major in medicine, pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, chemistry is preferred;
2. More than 10 years of work experience, experience in cosmetic clinical testing, familiar with the market and relevant laws and regulations;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, problem solving and team management skills;
4. Strong self-driving force and sense of responsibility;
5. Language skills: Fluent English and Mandarin in oral, reading, listening, and writing;
Work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
