Allegro Mall Group is seeking a well-structured, detail-oriented, and dynamic Manager to join the 1P retail team. This key role will shape the financial side of the integrated 1P business of Allegro Mall Group including the recently expanded new markets, ensuring that key stakeholders are able to make the right strategic decisions about the future shape of the organization and details of the business model. The Manager will develop business cases, forecasting and analytics based on cross-functional inputs - and continue to update them when assumptions change / business pivots are being made. The ideal candidate excels in business partnering, advanced analytics, communication, and fosters a one-team approach across the organization.
The place of work is Warsaw, however, we expect the candidate to be ready for business trips to our locations abroad - mostly Prague(Czech) and Lublana (Slovenia).
Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing financial inputs into 1P International decision making - in particular developing business cases regarding specific Business Unit
Driving end-to-end solution definition, including: problem definition and structuring, collecting data across teams & functions, running analysis and synthesizing the insights, discussing with business stakeholders and developing recommendations
Presenting the conclusions and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including 1P Business Unit VP and Executive Team members
Supporting preparation of plans and forecasts for the discussion with and approval of the BU Owner
Monitoring the progress of turnaround initiatives, analyzing the results and drawing insights / challenging the business owners
Challenging the business thinking quo and identifying opportunities to drive value for Allegro
Working with the BU’s analytical specialists and experts to assist with identification of detailed analytical queries

This is the right job for you, if:
You have minimum 4 of experience from in a finance managerial role involving experience in business partnering in blue-chip environment and/or experience in management consulting
Likely to hold a professional finance qualification such as ACCA / CIMA and/or an MBA or MSc in finance or statistics or economics
You have deep experience in working with businesses engaged in retail or e-commerce or FMCG
You have high focus on efficiency and process management
You have strong communication skills in English
You have outstanding analytical and data-driven thinking
You are goal oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
You are self-driven and with a high ownership attitude
You are open for business trips to our other locations in Poland and abroad (Czech Republic - mostly, Slovakia, Hungary)
