We are looking for a Business Travel Service Specialist to support our Delta business. Some of the main key responsibilitites are:
- Making comprehensive arrangements for staff travels
- Online booking sources to make hotels, train, air tickets, car rental reservations
- Issuing airline and other tickets through travel systems
- Providing advice on travel inquiries
- Optimizing travel costs and the budget
- Accounting for travel expenses, invoicing
- Support other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Possessing 2 years of industry related experience
- The ability to work with people in a dynamic, international business environment
- Good planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, meticulousness
