Business Transformation - Summer Internship

This role is open to undergraduates in their penultimate year of university.  If you intend to return to university after the internship to complete an MSc, you will also be eligible for this position which would give you a graduation year of 2026.

The Offer    

  • The opportunity to work on meaningful projects with talented people  
  • You could have the opportunity to work within the following areas: Agile, Complex Systems, Delivery, Operating Model, Operations and Improvements, People and Change, Sourcing, IT Strategy and Corporate Services  
  • We work flexibly at PA, but your work base will be our London Victoria office.  
  • This role will start in June 2025– for 8 weeks.  Exact dates will be confirmed at offer stage.  
  • Salary: £25,653
  • If you are offered a graduate role following your placement with us you will join our 18-month Graduate Development Scheme in Business Transformation. In this scheme you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through three of our capability teams, gaining diverse skills and experiences that will serve as the foundation for your consulting career. Available rotations include: Agile,  Delivery, Operating Model, Operations and Improvements, People and Change, Sourcing, IT Strategy and Corporate Services
