Business Systems Analyst SAP Quality Management

Primary Function of Position :
Person will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing software solutions.  This will include working with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop software solutions to support process. Support the Quality functions and resolving day to day issues, reports to Manager, Business Applications

Essential Job Duties :

This position will be working collaboratively with business units and IT team members           

• Support projects to implement new / enhance existing functionality and translating them to effective solutions. 
• Collaborate with other solution analysts, business users, super users and IT team members to support business operations and drive change management on SAP S/4Hana.
• Perform configuration /system changes to meet business requirements.
• Analyze business scenarios, design and develop solutions for Product Quality and procurement.
• Map "As-is” vs. "To be” state by conducting workshops and documenting business flows.
• Work with stakeholders to define business systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects or providing status updates on various projects/Enhancements.
• Navigate through ISI’s Project Management Methodology and standards to deliver business needs in an agile manner.

Required Skills and Experience  :

• 5 to 7 years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting SAP S/4 Hana platform on QM (Quality Management)
• Strong Knowledge and Experience in
  • Master data objects such as Material master, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plan, Equipment, Catalogs etc.
  • Serial number management and tracking
  • Inspection Planning and Execution
  • Sampling
  • Source, Incoming, In process and Outbound Inspection
  • Quality Notifications
  • Defects and Complaints
  • Quality Order Management
  • Integration of QM with other areas like PP, WM, PM, …
  • Interfaces and IDOC Processes.
• Ability to support business applications including Agile PLM, Coupa and other collaboration portals.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Results oriented, self-starter, motivated, quick learner, high energy, resourceful with superior problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
• Supporting users in a medical device company desirable

Required Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• SAP certifications in any module is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge on SAP Plant Maintenance module and Engineering change Management (ECR/ECO) is a plus.
