As a Business Systems Analyst, your main focus will be on enhancing our business efficiency and productivity through the use of technology solutions.
You will be responsible for connecting the IT and business teams by evaluating processes, identifying requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is passionate about creating value through streamlined business processes and is dedicated to producing the highest quality results.
What You Will Do:
- Drive business process improvements and streamline operations – you are more than a “systems” person. You are empowered and expected to drive fundamental improvements to business operations.
- Be the Master of Data Flow and System Integration, ensuring seamless and accurate data transfer between systems. Your attention to detail and precision will be critical to ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the organization.
- Assist in the adoption of new business processes and tools across the organization.
- Develop detailed diagrams of current state business problems, user stories, and requirements for the overall solution.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify gaps and areas of improvement to implement automation where necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, integration trends, and best practices to improve integration processes and methodologies continuously.
What You Will Need:
- +3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst / IT Project Manager or similar role.
- Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing and listening)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Analyst or equivalent - an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, gather requirements, lead design process, meet deadlines, prioritize workflow, and drive for results in a global environment.
- Expert knowledge of core business processes and the ability to integrate new businesses into existing ones.
- Experience in ERP product knowledge and architecture - an advantage
- API’s understanding or knowledge is a big plus!
- Experience with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions like Workato, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate - an advantage
