Data Management: Oversee the management and analysis of large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all systems. Develop data models and database designs that support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Technology Roadmapping: Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for systems upgrades and enhancements. Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

Project Management & Delivery: Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts by developing strategies to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations and upgrades. Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders and provide ongoing support during the transition period.
Compliance & Security: Ensure that all systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Work with IT security teams to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data privacy.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor system performance and generate reports that provide insights into system effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system enhancements.
Systems Integration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption to business activities.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, with a talent for solving complex system-related issues.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, facilitating consensus on system requirements and solutions.
Documentation & Communication: Advanced skills in creating detailed technical documentation, system flow diagrams, and delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Commitment & Reliability: Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects.
