Product Manager, Billing & Collections
Working as part of a Product oriented delivery team focused on Billing & Collections, this role is accountable for supporting and optimizing billing and collections systems, ensuring efficient operations, and aligning processes that positively impact customers and meet requirements for financial policies and compliances. Toast customers rely on our operations every day to serve their customers and this role will have a direct impact on their ability to be successful.
You will be a great fit for this role if you have experience operating at the intersection of business and technology, deeply focused on building functional requirements that developers love to solve for. You enjoy working through tough conversations on how to build the right thing, operating with a customer first mentality and then thoroughly reviewing and testing the product to ensure it meets the needs of stakeholders and the engineers that will provide ongoing support. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you feel urgency to deliver solutions to the most challenging problems. You love working with a variety of different roles and skill sets and operate as a critical point of stability and knowledge for your domain.

Minimum 5 years of professional Product Management/Business Analyst/System Analyst experience, or focus in system implementation and transformationBachelors’ degree in computer science, engineering, or Finance related field
Mastery of systems analysis, including root cause analysis and other process modeling and systems design methodologies Experience with systems like Zuora Billing, NetSuite, and Salesforce systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent understanding of Order to Cash (O2C), Billing, or other Finance operations Proficient in SQL tools and cloud product management tools (Jira, Confluence, LucidCharts, Miro)Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentAble to think independently and consider cross-functional, upstream, and downstream impacts
