THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency
- Work closely with IT and development teams to implement and support software solutions
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, requirements, and solutions
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Provide training and support to users on new and existing systems
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- min 5 years of experience as a IT BA/Business System Analyst
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in banking/financial services area is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
