Key Responsibilities:
• Collection, review and analysis of data required for the business sector, provision of administrative support
• Preparation of reports, presentations and documents relevant to business
• Responsible handling of confidential information
• Manage correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data and responses
• Providing support when working on projects in coordination with different departments, reporting to the director of the business sector on the progress and shortcomings of the project
• Coordinating with external suppliers to ensure services meet company quality standards
• Acting and working as a key contact person between business sector directors and external partners
