Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The Business Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficient operation of the business unit or department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs.
- Establishes effective monitoring through periodical reports and dashboards of sales activities & targets.
- Works with the relevant regional team members for enhancing capability, advocacy, and product penetration.
- Will be responsible to assign sales targets to sub regions accordingly and ensure business growth.
- Efficiently supports in running ad-hoc analysis as and when needed to support Management for decision-making.
- Conducts weekly/monthly performance meetings with regional teams.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a similar role providing administrative or operational support.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project coordination or event planning.
- Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
