What you will do:
- Contribute to daily ticket workload (cases, incidents and problems) by performing full investigation of issues and making corrective decisions where needed.
- Liaise with 1st / 2nd / 3rd lines of support as appropriate after full analysis and interpretation of results, ensuring minimal impact on client business operations and effective resolution.
- Gather, analyze and understand fully client configurations, identifying ways to apply changes, test and document improved solutions to meet client requirements.
- Testing software against specification to ensure the product operates as specified, and amend where appropriate
- Utilize the product knowledge and subject matter expertise to effectively contribute to the strategic customer needs in their ongoing business.
- Ensure all system documentation is kept up to date and reflects any changes made
- Proactively share findings and communicate ideas within the organization to foster collaboration and effective exchange of knowledge
You will report into the BSO Manager.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer-focused function
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Finance or equivalent related work experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Experience with data extraction, formulation, and analysis
- Ability to work with a diverse group both internally and externally
- Readiness to embrace technology and available tools to best facilitate regional team working i.e. Live Meeting, Video Calls, document / knowledge repositories
It will be considered an advantage if you have:
- Certification in ITIL
- Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies
- Experience with coding languages
- Basic understanding of different project methodologies
- Basic knowledge of operating systems
