About The Role...

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our Business Support team at ASOS. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Business Support Admins and Leads, providing crucial assistance with admin and data entry tasks.

This is a hybrid Role and will require working from our Camden Head Office 2-3 days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing  (Training will be provided)

  • Assisting with admin tasks on ASOS Buying and delivery systems (Oracle Merch Management, MicroStrategy, Microsoft applications and more).
  • Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and support in making amendments when required.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of product or system information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Ensuring daily and weekly KPI’s are met consistently within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain organized records of tasks and relevant documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Senior Business Support Admins as needed.
  • Support the Business Operational Support Strategy,
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of key operations projects and processes, actively seeking opportunities to develop own skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Teams & Excel. 
  • An approachable and flexible working style. 
  • The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of different ASOS teams.
