About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing our sales channels with deep expertise to craft a cross functional solution response with MYOB products to complex MYOB prospects and customers.

You'll play an integral role in helping MYOB Sales teams to succeed by establishing strong and trusted relationships that understand and solves sophisticated business and technical requirements.

You'll form part of a team that is seen as MYOB Enterprise product evangelists, ensuring that we are connected into sales conversations which drive value and benefit through industry insights, technical, and solution expertise. Working with the sales, services and customer support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What you'll be focused on...

  • Solution technical outcomes with cross functional teams that deliver customers strategic goals to achieve revenue and new site targets
  • Develop and build on the required documentation, solution demonstrations, proposals and presentations which will enable the Solution Consulting function to deliver the end-to-end value proposition and technical benefits of our solutions
  • Owning and securing the technical closure (technical solution meets their requirement) of Enterprise opportunities, enabling the sales team to progress engagements to close through commercial negotiations
  • Participating in ideation, lead qualification, prospect discovery meetings, solution demonstrations and solution design
  • Work with sales team to scope appropriate, customer specific sales presentations in line with the MYOB Sales Methodology
  • Gather and consolidate the necessary input from subject matter experts, process owners, business executives as well as product and platform experts
  • Engage with 3rd Party communities to support knowledge sharing of available and future solutions to extend the capability of MYOB products, where relevant, for our customers

What we'd love to see from you...

  • Extensive pre-sales and sales experience in complex and / or technology solutions is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex reporting structures and build consensus across diverse teams
  • Experience running and implementing an ERP, Financial, or Business Management solutions is a must
  • Vendor experience in ERP solution selling is preferable, with knowledge of Payroll and Workforce management
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively engage and influence partners at all levels
