Your Impact: As the Business Operations Manager/Director at EvolutionIQ you will work under our Co-CEO and have the opportunity to make an impact on multiple aspects of the business. You will leverage your expertise in Sales Operations/Enablement, Communications, and Analysis to help drive our company's growth and operational efficiency. 

This individual will interface directly with the leadership team and will have exposure to our group of top tier Venture Capital partners in both operational and Board settings. The EvolutionIQ leadership team has a strong in-office culture and we are looking for this person to be in the office 3-4 days per week.

What You'll Achieve (Performance Outcomes)

  • Sales Reporting: create and distribute sales reports to leadership, analyzing sales data to identify trends, track performance against targets, and inform sales strategies and forecasts. 
  • Sales Enablement: In partnership with Product Marketing, help develop and implement collateral, decks, and tools to empower the sales team and enhance sales performance.
  • Investor Relations: Manage communications and relationships with investors, including preparing investor presentations, reports, and financial updates. Act as the primary point of contact for investor queries, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Operational Excellence: Evaluate and optimize business operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in operations management, KPIs, process improvement, and cost reduction. 
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

About You (Key Competencies):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a business operations management role, with a strong background in sales operations & enablement and company communications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce.com is required, Hubspot experience is a plus
  • Experience with implementing MEDDICC or a similar sales methodology is a plus

  • Compensation: The comp range is $160-200K depending on background and experience plus equity (stock options)
