About this Role:
As a Business Recruiter at Narmi, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a specific focus on our GTM (Sales, Marketing, etc) and Operations (Customer Success, etc) roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer stage.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for our Sales and Go-to-Market functions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including developing job postings, effective candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.
  • Represent Narmi externally to top talent, effectively sharing our story and our culture.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on hiring for GTM roles. 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within Sales and Go-To-Market functions. Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques. Lever and ModernLoop are a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of GTM strategies and sales processes within the fintech industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to navigate challenges in recruitment processes and propose effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

This role's expected annual base salary is $70,000 - $100,000 plus a variable compensation component per successful hire. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
