About the Position

Foursquare is looking for a Recruiter to join our team located in or near our New York office or San Francisco office; on a hybrid schedule of T,W,TH in office. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across our Corporate functions, with a high focus supporting our GTM organization. As strategic talent partners to the business, our talent team not only pushes for  an elite-level candidate experience, but we also have a passion and excitement to stay up to date on industry trends and recruiting best practices in order to continuously shape and uplevel our hiring standards as a team. 

We’re looking for someone who is well-versed in recruiting analytics and data, has a passion for collaborating across an organization, but also someone that values leading with empathy and thoughtfulness in everything they do.

In this role, you’ll 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from kick-off meetings with hiring managers, to sourcing + screening, to closing candidates across a broad range of Corporate roles
  • Maintain exceptional data integrity and cleanliness within our various tools and systems
  • Work across our overall Recruiting team; implementing process improvements + structure changes necessary to evolve how we hire
  • Oversee and manage a detail-oriented process, ensuring no conversation or open position slips through the cracks and provide "white-glove service" to all candidates
  • Partner and collaborate across different hiring teams and leaders – particularly when it comes to sharing data, and communicating on talent market trends
  • Spearhead and own initiatives across employer branding, data analytics, and DE&I programs + partnerships
  • Collaborate across our People team; identifying and executing on initiatives that will improve, streamline, and automate existing people-processes

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years experience in-house Recruiting for Sales + corporate functions within a SaaS environment
  • Solid negotiation skills + ability to close challenging Sales roles
  • Experience working with an ATS and upholding data cleanliness + standardization (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal communication 
  • Cross-functional experience with HR and People Ops - a plus

At Foursquare, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards.  Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.

The annual total cash compensation range is $80,000 - $130,000 however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location. 

Salary is just one component of Foursquare’s total compensation package, which includes restricted stock units, multiple health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits!
