We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background as a business consultant who is looking to apply their skills to a cross-section of a software business. This person will report directly to the CESO and work closely with the senior management team, sales, marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders.

The candidate needs to be highly productive while managing multiple responsibilities and projects, able to make informed, timely, and effective business decisions, efficient, reliable, trustworthy with a high level of integrity, self-motivated, an excellent communicator internally and externally, and self-directed.  A day in the life of our Business Project Manager:

  • Bolster the team’s efforts in organizational adoption of new project management tools, systems, and processes
  • Support the team’s complex, cross-functional project initiatives, including comprehensive planning, resourcing, execution support, risk mitigation and tracking
  • Establish and manage alignment to program goals, scope, and KPIs
  • Proactively identify potential program risks and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate
  • Develop and support the automation of team tools and systems, improving internal program management efficiency and scalability
  • Develop and refine data-driven analysis of programs and other initiatives, including costs, progress, and forecasts
  • Work closely with project teams and provide succinct and essential project reporting and recommendations for executive leadership
  • Collaborate within a matrix of project and functional managers, driving strategic alignment and commitment, adapting to shifting priorities as necessary

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a business management-related major
  • 3 to 5 years of project management or related experience in a dynamic, multinational firm
  • Experience in the high-tech industry, especially in software/SaaS
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; able to collaborate and motivate diverse teams
  • Ability to lead change management and champion new business standards
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, leading project teams, and ensuring quality delivery
  • Confidence and poise necessary to conduct consistent stakeholder communication and reporting, including executive-level conversations
  • Robust planning, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of clearly and concisely articulating complex concepts to a range of audiences, from C-suite to users of different departments
  • Excellent eye for detail, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Skill set to evaluate complex sets of data and draw insights as applicable
  • Financial and forecasting skills are a plus

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
