What does this role involve:
- Take care of the product development of Allegro Home Page and Own Media to meet the users’ needs and satisfy business requirements
- Identify main areas for product development and work closely with the team to execute the strategy
- Coordinate work of various stakeholders (tech, product, UX, analytics, business)
- Work closely with the tech PM and tech team to drive development, testing and product features launch
- Co-create HP and OM product strategy
- Agree with stakeholders on KPI leavers and responsibilities
- Coordinate preparation of mockups and usability studies
- Identify deliverables, structure activities into work assignments, and plan, monitor, and adjust project timing and work to meet changing demands.
- Ensure that product features are transferable across PL and international markets
This job is for you, if:
- You have experience in independent project management (with particular emphasis on technological projects)
- You have been part of the product team, or worked closely with the product teams in ecommerce / technology / other fast paced environment
- You can map and manage processes using various tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and similar
- You are fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- You perfectly organize your work, you are not afraid of time pressure and senior management exposure
- You think strategically and critically and you are not afraid to disagree
- You are able to manage a project team
- You are open in communication and focused on solving problems
- Experience in creating a strategy for technological products is welcome
