We’re currently looking for a Business Product Manager who will join our team and co-create Allegro Smart! in the Central European market.
What does this role involve:
You will help define and will be responsible for implementing Smart! Product Value Proposition for Central European markets - at the launch stage and post launch
You will initiate, manage and operationally implement Allegro Smart! Initiatives in the Central European market focused on: acquisition, building customer loyalty and engagement as well as retention and anti churn activities
You will build the roadmap for growth of the specific area within Allegro Smart!, together with the key stakeholders and align with Smart!
You will be responsible for managing KPIs for each market
You will build recommendations that are data-based and analyzed from all key perspectives (customer, merchant and Allegro)
You will be coordinating the implementation of particular activities focused on the Central European market within project team (Technology, Marketing, Commerce, Delivery Experience, Legal, CX and other internal partners)
You will work closely with Research and UX department to define needs required to deliver key product functionalities for Central Europe markets
You will be a key International Smart! Team member managing product expansion in Central Europe

This job is for you, if:
You have at least 4-5 years of experience in project/product management within area of e-commerce, technology, retail/FMCG or similar
You have experience in working with stakeholders e.g. presentations, recommendations
You are data-driven person with strong analytical skills and you can draw conclusions and insights based on KPIs
You have fluency in analyzing P&L accounts and can recommend corrective actions based on financial results
You have an ambition to test and pilot innovative solutions and ideas
You are driven by performance and delivering results
You have experience in product/project management (experience in launching new product will be your added value)
You are proactive, communicative and collaborative
You are fluent and precise in communication in English and Polish
As an advantage: You have experience in international cross-functional teams in fast changing and demanding environment
