About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Process Manager to lead our team in effectively delivering event technology solutions to our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training contractors, partners, and internal teams on the deployment and management of event technologies, including printers, networks, badges, and staffing.

Additionally, this role will coordinate a pre-sales pipeline by working closely with the sales organization in order to educate and establish best practices for prospective clients and new events. 

Essential responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training programs for contractors, partners, and internal teams on the implementation and operation of event technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of event technology services.
  • Manage partnerships with technology vendors and service providers to enhance our offering and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to troubleshoot and resolve event technology issues during live events.
  • Oversee event technology deployments, including setup, testing, and onsite support as needed.
  • Maintain and optimize processes related to event technology delivery and partnership management.
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions and improve service offerings.

Required skills/experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (5 years) in event technology management or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients.
  • Technical proficiency in event technologies such as event registration systems, badge printing, networking, and staffing software.
  • Experience in training and developing teams in event technology implementation and support.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for onsite event support and partner meetings.
