Business Process Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Business Analyst to join our UniQue Ispra team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Analyze business processes and document requirements using business process modeling techniques.
  • Capture and translate user needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Use methodologies such as Agile, RUP, UML, to structure and manage requirements.
  • Develop and contribute to key documents such as Project Initiation Requests, Business Cases, and Change Requests.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.
  • Define acceptance criteria and test plans for validating project deliverables.
  • Ensure usability and UI best practices are considered when defining solutions.
  • Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in business process modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, RUP, and UML.
  • Experience working with business process modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with usability and UI design principles.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and present data effectively.
  • Experience in writing Project Initiation Requests, Business Cases, and Change Requests.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Good knowledge of English

Advantage:

  • Prior experience in an IT, software development, or digital transformation environment.
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools and project management software.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and facilitation.
