The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Process Analyst III to provide expert-level support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (USD(A&S)) in Arlington, VA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient execution of initiatives across a broad spectrum of critical defense functions, including acquisition policy, logistics, environmental and nuclear security, operational energy, and more. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will play a vital role in enhancing organizational processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting high-stakes projects within the Department of Defense (DoD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and direction across multiple complex projects to align with USD(A&S) priorities.
- Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions that address organizational needs.
- Develop and optimize processes supporting DoD functions, such as acquisition systems, logistics, and human capital initiatives.
- Lead and participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve organizational outcomes.
- Offer innovative recommendations for addressing challenges and driving improvements in policy, strategy, and execution.
- Maintain outstanding customer service by demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and flexibility in addressing evolving priorities.
- Provide high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines, effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI required.

Experience: Minimum of five years of specialized experience leading and managing complex, high-visibility projects.

Expertise: Proven track record in executive-level support, preferably within DoD or federal agencies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (desired).

Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities; adept at building trust and collaborating with stakeholders. Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
