About The Role
A senior publishing role for an experienced and skilled editor leading the publication of the business pages of The Telegraph. You will ensure that our priority content is published on print pages accurately, in line with the news agenda and in an engaging and visually stunning way. Working with the wider print and digital publishing teams, you will be capable of editing a print section and publishing stories with flair. You will be comfortable conceptualising layouts on the page and leading a team, and have a natural instinct for effective use of visuals, from photography and illustration to best-practice for infographics. The business print editor should be able to edit copy, write headlines and put pages together, but must take a broad view at all times, offering direction to page editors rather than taking on minor production tasks. They should be adept at solving problems and producing pages with the digital copy and assets available.
