This role is responsible of Strategy Planning to support the development of our corporate strategies, gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to present insights on the organization’s strategic planning. Utilize data analytics tools, develop reports and dashboards, and present insights to support decision-making and drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Job Duties
Strategic Planning and Development:
- Assist in the development and refinement of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Support the formulation of strategic objectives and goals aligned with the company's vision and mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategic plans.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive strategic discussions and decisions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to shape strategic planning.
- Visualize data gathered and present insights using data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Identify areas for process improvements, recommend best practices and implement changes to enhance organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide feedback for adjustments.
- Effectively convey complex information through data visualizations and presentations.
- Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of the data presented.
- Present and Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Present insights to support decision-making and drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field, MBA (Preferred).
- (5+) Years as a Business Analyst, Business Planning Specialist or in a similar role within the telecommunications sector.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with strategic planning methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the OKR framework and experience in change management.
- Exceptional coaching abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
- Proficient in performance metric evaluation.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and coaching abilities, with the ability to convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting processes.
