We are looking for an Operations Analyst to become a key member of the Business Performance and Operations (BPO) team, assisting with the smooth running of the processes and operations in VCA. You will advise the consulting team across Europe on VCA practices and company policies, analyse data to generate insightful performance reports, and enhance existing processes through innovative solutions and automation. We are passionate about providing operational excellence and strive to optimise processes to boost efficiency and deliver exceptional value to the team. What is expected of you, day to day.
Working closely with the BPO team, the Operations Analyst responsibilities will include:
Manage and enhance existing operational processes and assist with the implementation of new initiatives, leveraging automation tools to increase efficiency
Drive the development, alignment and maintenance of guides and processes documentation
Support the governance and controls frameworks of the internal processes in VCA
Develop and analyse reports and dashboards to accurately report consulting pipeline and overall performance of the business
Oversee internal platforms and tools and ensure they are fit-for-purpose, supporting with enhancements rollouts and updating content and materials
Monitor KPIs and analyse trends to ensure data integrity and high operational excellence, enabling management to make data-driven decisions
Coordinate with global and cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of agreed milestones and enhancements
Support with timely, purposeful communications to market teams on operating procedures and new process developments
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
