JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- General
- Organise, attend and facilitate key Business meetings
- Create & issue summaries of discussion points and actions from key Business meetings
- Update & maintain accurate LTS process documentation
- Business Operations Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission, amendment and approval of timesheets
- Create and maintain accurate Client and Consultant information.
- Support with LTS reporting and data queries
- Support the Business Operations Manager in their day-to-day activities
- Transition & Implementation Support (PMO)
- Attend internal and client facing calls
- Create, monitor and maintain RAID logs
- Setup & Manage SharePoint project structure and content
- Create weekly transition summary reports & forecasts and burndown charts
- Track & monitor transition commercials (planned vs. current)
- Ownership of communication with internal stakeholders (project dates, reminders, chasing actions, etc.)
- Become the knowledge hub for transition management and be the point of contact for transition related questions.
- Support the Transition/Implementation Manager in their day-to-day activities
