As our Business Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with the CFO and our Global Operations leadership team to implement transformative global programs. Reporting directly to the CFO, your expertise will be instrumental in establishing robust systems and frameworks that support our rapid growth. You will act as a vital connector among diverse functions, bridging gaps between teams with varied expertise, including Legal & Intellectual Property, Finance,  Human Resources and other teams. You will  navigate these very different teams  and drive significant organizational impact, shaping the future of our operations and optimizing efficiency across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES ・Identify areas for improvement, communication gaps, and opportunities for kaizen within Global Operations. ・Proactively propose initiatives and programs to support the CFO and Global Operations leadership team. ・Define and implement programs to achieve yearly objectives and drive the mission of Global Operations and collaborate with other divisions. ・Prepare and  facilitate all-hands meetings within Global Operations.  ・Facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring effective planning and coordination.   ・Engage in a diverse array of responsibilities across Global Operations , including, but not limited to, strategic event planning and coordination, as well as other miscellaneous tasks as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ・Proven track record in program management, communication planning, and strategic planning, especially within global organizations. ・Deep understanding of at least one of the following key professional areas managed by Global Operations, with successful experience in operational management. - Communications & Marketing - Facilities Management - Finance & Accounting - Human Resources - Interactual Property  - Legal - Procurement ・Experience in navigating and managing complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and collaboration across diverse teams, while possessing the ability to directly engage with and manage detailed tasks and projects as needed. ・Experience as a project manager or member in delivering integrated systems solutions from RFP (request for proposal) to implementation and testing, could be a system for any business function area but ideally one of the above departments.  ・Excellent  verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, facilitating clear and effective interaction across global teams. ・A unique balance of strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive planning and execution. NICE TO HAVES
  • 5+ years experience engaging with executives
  • Experience working closely with CxOs, driving to high-level strategic initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment across executive functions.
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma are plus but not required
