Business Operations Manager is responsible for leading team of supply chain analysts and supply chain analyst managers that act as the communication conduit between the customer sales team and the factory facing teams to optimize revenue/supply and achieve mutual financial objectives. They need to understand the end-to-end supply management related to product roadmap, demand, supply, backlog, inventory, daily customer issues like logistics and have strong experience working and negotiating directly with internal and external stakeholders – to include contract management.
