Business Operations Manager is responsible for leading team of supply chain analysts and supply chain analyst managers that act as the communication conduit between the customer sales team and the factory facing teams to optimize revenue/supply and achieve mutual financial objectives. They need to understand the end-to-end supply management related to product roadmap, demand, supply, backlog, inventory, daily customer issues like logistics and have strong experience working and negotiating directly with internal and external stakeholders – to include contract management.

Business Operations Manager is responsible for leading team of supply chain analysts and supply chain analyst managers that act as the communication conduit between the customer sales team and the factory facing teams to optimize revenue/supply and achieve mutual financial objectives.

They need to understand the end-to-end supply management related to product roadmap, demand, supply, backlog, inventory, daily customer issues like logistics and have strong experience working and negotiating directly with internal and external stakeholders – to include contract management.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage teams who are responsible for demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply.
  • Lead visibility into customer data like production plan, inventory, sales out data and provide product mix or supply guidance through customer collaboration.
  • Drive team towards continuous improvements for system, business process, tools, and reports (visual analytics tools such as PowerBI is a primary focus).
  • Interface and form close partnerships with customers and internal executive sales and strategic stakeholders to drive leadership direction.
  • Manage the world-wide customer geo demand process and strategic allocations + key deal support management across sales and operations
  • Driving development of a world class Customer Operations team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to provide clear and detailed updates to senior management
  • Ability to lead a team that synthesizes complex data into clear, actionable conclusions
  • A go getter with can-do approach and attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired organization goals
  • Ability lead a team that quickly digest problems and drive solutions across a broad and experienced stakeholder base
  • Innovative and self-directed, willing to go above and beyond

  • Ability to drive win-win negotiations internally and at the customer to include contractual terms where needed

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $121,260 to $203,620. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
