- Develop a scalability plan to accommodate the projected growth, ensuring that operational processes can efficiently scale to meet increasing demand.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with third-party partners for various operational needs.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and foster collaborative initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Evaluate and implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
- 5+ years experience in Logistics, storage and Operations management, managing 3rd party logistics partners. (Warehousing and first to last mile)
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills, managing and tracking KPI dashboards.
- Self-driven individual with high level of initiative
- Customer Service/Account Management Skills
- Should have experience in SCM in E Commerce & FMCG companies.
- Should have experience in vendor management and have handled teams.
