WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Work closely with our engineering leadership team to support the operational set-up
• Manage the structure & budget of cross-functional special projects including topics like: employee engagement, team productivity, cost efficiency, technology tracking
• Drive implementation of the key decisions across the engineering team, ensuring full alignment and accountability.
• Consolidate strategic insights across the organisation, communicating to key stakeholders, and supporting the making of decks 
• Follow-up through existing initiatives or facilitate the implementation of new ideas
• Facilitate the implementation of the quarterly OKR and prioritisation processes within our Engineering department
• Come up with other creative ways to make the Engineering department more effective, whether by creating new programs, streamlining operations, hiring or kick-starting and owning a completely new initiative

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Experience working with the executive leadership of a growth organization
• 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in working with technology companies or consulting
• Great analytical, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and flexibly to ensure effective and professional delivery of projects 
• Outstanding communication skills:  The  communication between you and the Engineering leadership team will be one of the most important factors in your success.
• Demonstrated passion for the fintech area
