We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager. In this role you’ll enhance Allegro focus on the selection acquisition process and improve our operational efficiency in this area. The improvement of selection processes is a core mission of the Consumer Business team, and it requires external, objective coordination. You will be responsible for verifying key growth opportunities within the area of selection and developing the necessary tools and processes to capitalize on these identified opportunities.

Your Future Challenge:

Cooperation with multiple stakeholders, both throughout career ladder (from juniors to ET) and company divisions (Commerce, Tech, BI, PCS)
Critical assessment of daily commercial department activities and identification of hidden improvement opportunities
Your main responsibilities
Strategy Creation and Evaluation: Coordinate creation of vertical selection strategies, regularly assess and optimize selection coverage, detecting underrepresented areas and potential growth opportunities
Development and Standardization of Processes: Lead the creation and refinement of processes and workflows designed to enhance and expand selection strategies across categories (incl. selection targets setting, stock management, new selection activation and findability enhancement)
Monitoring and Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management and category leaders on the status of selection initiatives, performance against targets and any emerging trends across all Allegro markets
Collaboration with Tech & PCS Teams: Work closely with Technology and Product Catalog & Services (PCS) teams to develop new tools and algorithms that improve the effectiveness and precision of selection monitoring
Support for other Business Operations team projects: Offer strategic guidance and operational support on business projects, particularly those with significant implications for selection acquisition directions.

+5 years of professional experience incl. project management or process improvement positions (consulting experience will be a plus)
