We are hiring a Business Operations Lead who will be a critical member of our team to influence the growth and scaling of our internal operations. You will be responsible for architecting and executing on a variety of projects that are critical to the success of the business. We are looking for candidates who are willing to roll up their sleeves, wear multiple hats and are high urgency problem solvers.
What You’ll Do:
- This is a cross-functional operations role focused on architecting, coordination, project execution, and building the foundation necessary to scale the business.
- Identify business inefficiencies and create execution plans to turn our weaknesses into strengths. Areas include procurement, vendor management, employee onboarding/offboarding, office management, company program management and company travel.
- Manage and work closely with our Senior Operations Manager, together, building the roadmap for the operations department.
- Lead in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Drive long-term operational excellence, ensuring key projects have clear milestones, success measures, and operational plans.
- Be a liaison between departments in cross-functional projects.
- Effectively allocate resources and prioritize your own work, with strong day to day decision making.
Who You Are:
- At least seven years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-past startup environment.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with ability to both manage and be an individual contributor.
- Problem solver and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Team player who is comfortable working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment.
- High empathy and strong business EQ.
- Humble with a results-focused mindset, bringing excellence to everything you do
- Track record of leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple partners successfully.
