Business Planning and Operations
The primary focus of this position is to support the head of Strategy, Planning and Operations of CMS in AP to accelerate the growth across CMS entities by defining and supporting execution of key strategic initiatives and Go-to-Market strategies, managing targets and performance, and providing executive communication. In this role you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, from the business heads of the CMS verticals in AP, their larger teams across AP to all cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, finance, marketing, communication, client services).
Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week based on business needs.
