🏡🏢This is a Hybrid role, the Business Operations team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.

Business Operations at Capital on Tap
Business Operations sit at the heart of the major projects within Capital on Tap and we split our time between lending firepower to major strategic projects, collaborating with other teams to improve processes and smooth workflows, and working proactively on pilots to improve the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
✨Become an expert on our systems and the technical side of the business, ready to respond to bugs, crises and cleanups

✨ Analysing customer journeys, sourcing customer feedback, reporting and running pilots to improve user experience
✨Owning relationships with our partners, and internal project stakeholders
✨ Getting stuck into strategic projects powering our growth, such as new product feature launches, or revenue-generating pilots
✨Project ideation, delivery and execution for the company’s biggest problems

We’re Looking For
✨Action-oriented and quick on the uptake, able to figure things out and get up to speed on the go
✨Customer oriented, interested in optimising experiences, and eliminating unnecessary friction
✨Able to prioritise the important from the many possible options, and to focus only on that
✨Capable of switching between being a team player, and leading initiatives on your own
✨Able to communicate effectively and efficiently to senior and junior stakeholders
✨Determined to see projects through to their conclusion
✨Excited by leaving processes in better places than you found them
✨Comfortable operating with uncertainty
✨Proficient in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications, particularly Excel or Sheets
✨Experienced using data analysis tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or have an appetite to learn how to use data to power decision making
✨Experienced working in or with Customer Operations teams
