Position: Business Operations and Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Operations and Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, business acumen, and operational expertise.


Key Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Excel and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, building KPIs
  • Excellent strategic planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Process Improvement:
1. Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
3. Document new processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Operational Support:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.
2. Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
1. Work closely with management, departments, and external partners to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
2. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Project Management:
1. Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving business operations.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Continuous Improvement:
1. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and operations.
2. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance business performance.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

Location & Work Environment

The Vatika Triangle; Gurgaon, India

  • We have built creative space in a top corporate building in a prime location in Gurgaon. 
  • The office is on M.G. Road, a 2-minute walk from the M.G. Road Metro Station.
