As part of the integrated global process and workforce management team, your goal will be to manage all workforce management related processes and optimize utilization of the productive staff. In focus are also resource planning, monitoring and reporting of KPIs and Data quality.
Your tasks will be:
- Allocate human resources in chapters in Germany to various projects based on priority, availability, and skill sets.
- Assign staff to projects, considering individual skills, experience, and career development objectives.
- Monitor and manage resource utilization to ensure optimal use of workforce capacity.
- Assist in preparing and managing financials related to workforce utilization.
- Monitor spending to ensure it aligns with the budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Work closely with project managers to understand human resource requirements and timelines.
- Develop human resource plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Adjust human resource allocation as project requirements evolve.
- Generate reports on human resource utilization, availability, and performance.
- Use data analytics to forecast future human resource needs and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding human resources. Keep stakeholders informed about human resource availability and project status.
- Identify potential human resource-related risks (e.g., over-allocation, skill gaps) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is often required.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP) can be an advantage.
Language skills:
- Advanced German and English knowledge is mandatory.
Experience:
- Proven experience in human resource management, project management, process management or a related role.
- Experience with human resource management tools and software can be an advantage.
Skills:
