Narvar is growing! We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Business Manager to join the Office of the CEO team.
About the team
The Office of the CEO is a newly created and highly cross functional group focused on driving operational efficiencies across critical go-to-market and operational teams within the organization. This team works directly with the CEO and executive staff to design systems that support growth, rapid evolution, and the commitment to our company culture and obsession for creators, consumers, and shareholders.
What you’ll do
As a Business Manager at Narvar, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in India to analyze workflows, identify gaps and opportunities in existing processes, and execute critical projects that improve efficiency, drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
