Brief role description:
The Data & Audiences Manager will be the custodian of First-party Data (1PD) planning across brand portfolios & will be working on audience planning & deployment. Your day-to-day job will require you to create & model audiences CDP & CRM to aid the planning & deployment of 1PD. You will work closely on digital plans to activate 1PD audiences, closely monitor the performance & suggest corrective measures. You will be actively working developing audience strategies & build custom audience segments from owned audiences & platform cohorts.

The Candidate:
An ideal candidate should have 3-5 yrs. of experience in Digital Media Planning, especially on Biddable Campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) Business Manager & Google Ads (Google Ads / DV360)
Should be hands-on with campaign set-up, monitoring, optimization & reporting across platforms.
The candidate should have a worked on custom audiences across Meta (FB/IG) Business Manager & Google Ads platforms (Google Ads / DV360) with a strong understanding of Google Analytics.
The candidate should be comfortable with preparing & presenting campaign results presentations to senior stakeholders.
