About the opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a leading designer and manufacturer of products that are used by many industries operating offshore – including commercial diving, deep ocean research, remotely operated underwater vehicles, offshore energy, offshore renewables, defence and more.

Are you a school leaver interested in business, but unsure whether going to university is the right route for you? Maybe you can’t decide which career path within business you want to take, and are unsure where to start?

 

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic A-level leaver to join a friendly and supportive team based in Hoddesdon as a Business Management Trainee.

 What makes this entry-level role so different, is that you will get to complete a three-month placement in four various business departments, to gain on-the-job experience in each area while earning a competitive salary.

 

You will be supported throughout your placements by a mentor, and at the end of the first year, get a chance to discuss career opportunities to find the most suitable role for you going forward.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key to this opportunity.
  • Good A Level results with a keen interest in business.
  • Numerical with a reasonable grade in GCSE maths.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Hoddesdon.
  • Flexibility to travel with occasional overnight stays.

  • A highly competitive salary up to £23,000 per annum.
  • Performance related annual bonus scheme (5.2% of basic salary).
  • Working Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
