At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Intelligence Support to join our UniQue team in Brussels.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Support continuous listening roll-out and operations
- Assist ad hoc survey activities (including further development of leavers feedback survey)
- Support data/reporting governance roll-out and operations (e.g. DQ monitoring, supporting stewards/power users, SLA discussion)
- Facilitate organizational taxonomy review and operations
- Support reporting and data visualization projects/initiatives (e.g. OBIA, OTBI, OBIEE, reporting for LFS, RPMO)
- Help in ad hoc reporting requests (e.g. basic reporting questions core HR/TA/PM/etc., sick leave analysis, annual report)
- Assist monthly reporting cycle
- Encourage improvement initiatives
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Possess at least a high school diploma.
- Expertise in data visualization, presenting complex data insights.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Oracle BI and Power BI.
- Strong ability to utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Expertise in creating compelling presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights effectively.
- Familiarity with data science is considered an advantage.
- Experience with automation tools and techniques is considered advantage.
- Experience in HR domainis considered an advantage.
- Advanced communication skills and strong ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and tailored manner, capable of influencing stakeholders and leading smaller change initiatives.
- Skilled in organizing and simplifying complex or ambiguous information to create clarity and actionable steps.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously, maintaining an organized and methodical approach.
- Highly self-sufficient, with the ability to independently source information and work autonomously.
- Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level.
