Who You Are
We are looking for a seasoned Business Intelligence (BI) professional with 5-6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and machine learning. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Python/R and SQL, with proven expertise in using BI tools like Looker and Databricks. Experience in the AdTech or digital advertising industry is a significant plus, as it will enable them to quickly understand and address the unique challenges we face.
What You Will Do
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
Generate actionable insights that inform business strategies and decision-making
Collaborate with Engineering/Product teams to ensure the accurate storage and integrity of data across our systems
Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards using Looker and python, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders
Enhance data models and reporting capabilities, leveraging Databricks and other advanced tools
Develop and implement machine learning models to scale data analysis and generate predictive insights
Use AI techniques to uncover hidden patterns and drive business impact
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
Present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
