- Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different data sources, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for data visualization and BI tools.
- Work with data engineers to ensure the appropriate data pipelines are in place to support Tableau reporting needs.
- Foster a data-driven culture by promoting the use of BI tools and techniques across the organization.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence projects with a focus on Tableau.
- Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Redshift, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in a client-facing role.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses like Amazon Redshift is a plus.
