As the Business Intelligence and Marketing Analyst II you will need to build the data infrastructure and the analytics framework to provide insights into the leadership on the impact of strategic initiatives using key metrics. You must be able to benchmark systems, analyze system bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate them. This role will involve working with the data across numerous customer touch points, developing capabilities tied to audience profiling, database segmentation, marketing attribution and performance monitoring, plus undertaking deep quantitative analysis and building predictive/machine learning models to drive program strategy.
