About the role: 

As a vital member of the Business Intelligence (BI) team, your role is pivotal in merging data with insights to drive business initiatives forward. You'll be responsible for creating intelligence briefings, compiling competitive metrics, and managing cross-marketing and targeting projects by leveraging diverse resources. This role will collaborate with sales and marketing teams which requires adaptability, client service orientation, and practical project management abilities.

 A day in the life of our Business Intelligence Analyst:

  • Applying BI to customer accounts, developing account hierarchies, and leading high- level targeting endeavors
  • Participate in team meetings with the manager and coworkers for new information and project status
  • Assign and complete Sales Requests through research and information compilation to assist various stakeholders
  • Build and complete customer Hierarchy Request Projects for various stakeholders
  • Update Hierarchy Enterprise Target Accounts Tracker with proper project status and new project requests
  • Monitor and respond to emails and messages to and from various stakeholders promptly
  • Update and create training materials
  • Assist teammates with projects needing assistance and answer teammate questions promptly

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of analysis, business development, sales experience, or related technology industry experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, communications electronics, software, or a related field is desirable or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience designing and developing reports/dashboards for various organizational metrics leveraging best practice and industry standards
  • Experience with statistical software
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various forums including email and telephone
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Proficiency with expectations to become an expert within Salesforce (CRM) required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly an expertise with Excel, PowerPoint and Word, is required
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, D&B Hoovers, Crunchbase, CB Insights, etc.
  • Excellent client service orientation and listening skills, with comfort interacting with key Business Development and senior management personnel
  • Proven ability to organize and manage a diverse range of projects, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines (at times in high-pressure situations)
  • Meticulous methods of information acquisition, compilation, and communication (including the use of online information databases, tools, and resources); attention to detail is imperative
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate meaningful team and stakeholder relationships
  • Diplomacy, intellectual curiosity, and a positive attitude/sense of humor are preferred
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation are emphasized, enabling you to independently handle various research projects while adhering to best data collection and analysis
    practices

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $78,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
