We are looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to support our BI efforts by developing reports, dashboards, and data tools that provide valuable insights for our internal teams and clients. This role will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility, helping drive data-informed decision-making.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing and maintaining BI dashboards, reports, and data tools.
- Work with product and engineering teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant
- insights.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BI initiatives.
- Support efforts to improve BI processes, workflows, and tools.
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
- Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field (internships or
- projects welcome).
- Familiarity with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Exposure to BI visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Range: $54,910 - $68,685 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
