What is this position about?
You will be an integral part of a diverse team, collaborating with talented engineers at a prominent payment network processor in the US. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable insights, develop data-driven strategies, and support critical decision-making processes.
What will I be doing?
Gather, analyze, and ensure data quality to extract meaningful insights.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and custom reports aligned with business needs.
Map business processes, define reporting requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Present data insights through clear visualizations and communication.
Assess how data insights can guide business decisions.
Identify and resolve reporting-related issues.
Apply critical thinking to interpret data and deliver actionable strategies.
What expertise do I need?
Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with SQL.
Advanced Excel skills for data extraction and visualization.
Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Quicksight.
What about languages?
Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!
How much experience must I have?
We're looking for someone with 1+ year of experience as a BI Analyst.
