Summary: This position is responsible for company-wide support for post-bind support activities reporting into the Central Operations Manager. The person in this position will play a key role in Newfront's growth and success by entering accurate client information into Newfront’s proprietary software and partner with property and casualty service team members to set up client data for post-bind support activities. Export data for reporting purposes, ensuring KPI’s are met consistently and acting as the single point of contact for servicing teams in onboarding new clients and ongoing account support. 

This position is an hourly, non-exempt, and full-time role and will be reporting to the Central Operations Certificates Manager. This is a US based hybrid or remote role (required to work until 4pm PST M-F), with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations. Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location. #LI-Remote

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Verifying clients' property and casualty insurance coverage to support account maintenance including processing renewals, issuing evidence of property, casualty identification cards.
  • Utilize multiple sources of data and SOP’s to provide a consistent output.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for servicing teams to facilitate client onboarding.
  • Optimizing SalesForce data to ensure Service Level Agreements are consistently met.
  • Participate in UAT exercise as needed and help stabilize new technology products.
  • Executing on operational projects within an established framework.
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of insurance industry or client support experience
  • Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation.
  • Excellent customer service skills, professionalism and tact  with the ability to forge relationships and build trust with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work independently to solve problems.
  • Works well with others in a fast paced environment and be responsive to co-workers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes.
  • Ability to learn and adopt and train use of technology systems and software applications.
  • Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience as a team leader or senior team member in charge of a major function.
  • Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Google Drive, Microsoft Office and advanced complexities of features
