About the Role:
As a Market Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing GTM strategies in a high impact, high visibility setting with measurable outcomes. You will have strong cross-functional influence across various departments, including Sales, Marketing and Product.
What you will do:
- Creating compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of customer use cases/persona and the core capabilities of our platform
- Conducting deep and ongoing research and analysis of other products in our ecosystem. Create GTM strategies, with a focus on the delivery of accurate, timely, unbiased and contextual analysis as a subject matter expert
- Providing actionable market intelligence, sales tools, training, and consultative engagement to serve the needs of the field (battlecards, whitepapers, presentations, etc.)
- Delivering deal support and market expertise to sales teams to craft winning sales strategies
- Developing and executing strategies to boost win rates of our product globally
- Delivering key messages that enable our marketing and partnership teams to execute relevant digital and event-based campaigns and programs
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Business Strategy or Consulting preferably in B2B Technology/SaaS, or as a marketing expert in a B2C company
- Proven track record working collaboratively with product and sales teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Strong sense of ownership to drive key business metrics and company growth
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality with experience working on complex, ambiguous projects across multiple teams.
- Creative approach to new ideas, experimentation with new initiatives that fuel growth
Measures of Success:
- Cross-functional collaboration to successfully launch high-impact initiatives in partnership with other departments
- Improvement of business optimization metrics such as customer win rate and retention rate
- Increase in conversions for key deals where support is provided based on market intelligence
